My passion is health! I have spent my whole adult life working in the wellness field. Starting out as a personal trainer and teaching fitness classes. From there I added nutrition consulting to my repertoire. After graduating with a diploma in Holistic Nutrition, I spent a year directing raw food detox retreats and began to study yoga more deeply. I currently teach full body conditioning classes and yoga daily. I love the impact I am able to help people make in their lives, leading them towards being their absolute best self.
