Fitness Philosophy: "If you don’t challenge your body, you don’t change your body."

A fitness activist, I loves all sports and sport related activities and enjoys activities such as basketball, running, yoga, tennis and kickboxing. As a working mom my specialty areas center on a diversity of exercise techniques that include total body fitness, and encouraging mind/body connectivity with exercise. This includes boot camp style workouts and group exercise classes, YogaFit group exercise classes and private training sessions the encourage the client to weave exercise into their every day lifestyle with words of encoruagement and motivation. 

I believes that everyone is an athlete and has experience in training clients with a variety of fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. I challenge my clients in their efforts to change their bodies and incorporate fitness into their everyday wellness practice, achieve their fitness goals and live the highest quality of life they deserve.
