Kay Crotwell

My name is Kay Crotwell. I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1991 with a BA in Spanish. I taught Spanish and English before having children. I am now a stay at home mom, and teach part-time fitness at Fitness Lady in Jackson, MS. I also teach swim lessons for ages 3-adult and coach a local swim team. I started out teaching water aerobics at Fitness Lady, then addedSpinning and toning classes. I have taught beginner step classes, interval training classes (Sports Zone), and toning classes. I have traveled with Fit Bodies 3 times and have absolutely loved it. My husband and kids can't wait to go again!
