I have been teaching group fitness for only three years now but in that amount of time I have grown to love every aspect of it. I enjoy the actual classes, as I love the way they make me feel physically. I can feel the dynamics of each class and just how fluid that can be; I am inspired by the energy of a good class. I seek out ways in which I can reach the members of my classes; having a background in teaching I am familiar with the different styles of learning and I try and incorporate all of those in my classes. 

 

  • I have a great passion for fitness and for the dynamic changes it can bring to person’s life.
  • I follow an active lifestyle, which includes a diverse level of interests. I feel as though I can relate to a lot of the members of my classes, as this hasn’t always been a part of my life.
  • I continuously strive for personal growth in my own life, I am always learning.
  • I love to take on new challenges and to try new things and I’m open to expanding my repertoire of fitness knowledge and learn to teach other formats.
  • I will offer excellent contributions to any fitness team.
    • I am a people person, open and inviting and happy to go that extra mile for others.
    • I am a hard worker, dedicating to doing the job right.
    • I am a fast learner and eager to keep learning and trying new things.
    • I can relate to being uncomfortable in a fitness setting and how intimidating it can seem to those that don’t feel as though they belong.
    • I’m an excellent team player; I always try to help out my fellow instructors and to fill in classes for them when I can.
