I specialize in general fitness, weight loss, muscle building, one-on-one personal training sessions, and boot camp style group fitness classes.  I have worked in gyms, as well as operate my own gym from my home, where I train clients aged 18-87.  I'm also a Wello personal trainer. I was a lead personal trainer for Lifestyle Publications Biggest Loser program for two years, and produced the winning male and female clients from those competitions.  I have also written fitness articles published by Lifestyle Publications magazine.
