I started out teaching water aerobics at the Y in 2006. I then moved to teaching strength training classes and boot camp classes. I grew the boot camp class from about 6 members to an average of about 45 members per class. I got several requests from members for personal training services, that I got my ACE certifcation and have been busy every since! I do sereval group personal training classes per week, along with one-on-one sessions.
Last summer, I started my own boot camp in the park in the town I live in. It quickly has become very popular among people in the area. I also started a youth speed and agility camp for kids ages 7-14 at the same park. It teaches kids balance, agility, speed, flexibiltiy, power and quickness.
I am also a figure and bikini competitor. I have competed in 3 figure competitions and 1 bikini competition.
In addition to my fitness lifestyle, I have a husband and 3 kids that I take care of.
