Kaitlin Frawley

My name is Kaitlin Frawley I am a 23 year old student at Central Connecticut State University. I am graduating in May 2013 with a double bachelors degree in Biomolecular Science and Psychology. I found a love for spinning in my freshman year and have been spinning ever since. I really enjoy the challenge as well as motivating other people to reach their fitness goals. I think nutrition as well as a healthy work out regiment is very important to happiness. Teaching has become one of my passions I enjoy sharing my love of fitness through teaching.
