Currently working for GoodLife (3.6yrs). Full Time personal Trainer, areas of expertiese is weight loss and nutrition, also helping specialties groups (pregnancy). Preforming fitness assessments, and sample sessions to members, as well as orientations with new members. I teach Yogafit within the GoodLife facility. I have been practicing yoga personally for 3 years and January 2012 started my teacher training. I plan on completing my 200 YRT within this calendar year.  

I Practice a high level of fitness with working out 3-4 times a week and making sure I follow a healthy and balanced lifestyle (Nutrition). I enjoy outdoor activities, and I am interested in gaining new eperiences with other certifications in the future with Kickboxing Canada and Zumba
