I am 39 years old and began teaching hi/lo classes at Miami University in 1986. I have taught in various healthclubs throughout Cincinnati, Ohio and also some corporations. My love right now is yoga (Hatha/Vinyasa) and I have been teaching that for 4 years. I have two children 10 and 13 and a husband, Brian.
