Valerie Pariseau

 I always was passionate with fitness,  Very young, I was a swimmer and at 19 years old, I joined a triathlon team.  During my studies in Arts, I mostly guarded pools and taught swimming to kids.  At 23 years old, I became an Aquafitness instructor and it immediatly became a calling for me.  Since then, I met a military man and we have been moving all over Canada.  It didn't stop me from finding jobs in the fitness industry to wherever we had to live.  We now have two beautiful children of 5 and 6 years old.  In 2010, I got my qualification to become a Fitness Intructor Specialist and it was a great new challenge for me.  I absolutely love music and I love to create choreography.  That's probably one the reason why I also became a Zumba Instructor.  But mostly, what I love about my job is the people.  I find very fulfilling to be a leader for people who want to live a healthier lifestyle.  I'm there to motivate them in having fun exercising and reaching their goals.  I wouldn't trade my job for anything else in the world!

I was at a 'Secrets resort' last year and the yoga instructor on the resort told me about your company. I think it would be a fantastic opportunity for me to take my style and experience to a place like a resort.  The deals are appealing and since I'm not the kind of girl who likes to sit and drink, it would make my days much more rewarding to teach to a new crowd in a different environment.
