Elizabeth Donahue

I began my fitness career in Southern California when my (now retired) husband was in the Marine Corps. I first became certified in aqua in 1992. We subsequently moved to Arizona where I taught aqua and Yoga as well as kids fitness classes. We returned to the east coast in 1997 and I tought at several clubs in Stafford Virgina; Aqua, yoga and kids classes. We retired from the military in 1999 and moved back to NJ. Since then I have become certified in Johhny G cycling and am a Spinning enthusiast! I teach at a number of clubs and institutions in the Princeton, NJ area. I continue with continuing ed classes and workshops as my schedule allow. We have three kids (ages 13, 11 and 9) and live on campus at a private prepatory high school- The Lawrenceville School.
