I have been teaching group exercise classes for nearly 15 years. It is my passion. I have taught a variety of yoga, step aerobics, kick boxing, and dance fitness classes throughout the years. Although I love teaching any format of fitness classes, my current favorite to teach is dance fitness. I enjoy teaching fitness classes mostly due to the energy I give to and receive from the participants in my classes. I enjoy moving to music and getting other people to do the same. I have grown so much as an instructor and as a person through teaching classes. I have made so many new friends and have enjoyed helping other people change and learn to enjoy fitness. The opportunity to teach classes at resorts has been one that i am so grateful for. The experiences i have had and, more importantly, the people i have met while traveling and teaching have made teaching at resorts something I will always cherish.
