Our training style is individualized to accommodate your needs. Wether you are an experienced athlete who needs some tools to get back in the game, a diabetic who is looking to lose some weight and make healthy eating choices, a parent looking to get in shape to keep up with the kids or just looking to get in shape, look your best and feel your best. We are interested in helping you to handle what life throws your way. The key ingredient in this process is developing functional strength. It can be accomplished in the weight room, in the park, on the mountain or in the water. The great thing about developing individual plans is that you get to help choose what activities you enjoy doing - thus increasing the commitment to the overall plan. No one likes doing things they do not enjoy, so why force yourself through someone else’s workout plan?
