I am a whole body fitness oriented individual that understands how hard it can be for people to maintain their daily schedules while travelling. I love exercises that are outside of the box so to speak, if people feel like they can't get a good workout if their not at their area/home gym I want to show them that's not the case!!
I'm comfortable working one on one with people or in large group settings. My education and training has given me the knowledge to work with people of all levels of physical ability. I enjoy boot camps or personal training but either way I want my clients to get the most out of their workout and know that they are doing something to make their body and mind better that day.
Regardless of a persons individual goals I feel confident that I can give them a workout that will get them on their way and obvioulsy have fun while their doing it!!
