I am a high-energy fitness enthuasiast who loves to travel and meet new people. In college I began my yoga practice and have now enjoyed yoga for over 11 years. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Towson University in Maryland. After graduating from college, I worked in Marketing, Communications, and HR. In 2013, I decided to make a career change,
Married to a United States Marine, I was given the opportunity to explore my dream career through the help of the Marine Corps! I began a new chapter in my life as a professional yoga instructor. Since completing my RYT 200 in 2013 and my RYT 500 in 2014, I have taught over 200 classes. These classes vary from hot flow, vinyasa, gentle, and prenatal, as well as some themed workshops (parter yoga, wall yoga). I am interested in childrens yoga and SUP yoga though I have not had the opportunity to teach these styles yet.
Aside from teaching, I like to stay active by working out, walking the dog and chasing my toddlers. I'm a firm believer that living an active lifestyle is a key piece of a happy life. I am looking forward to sharing my practice with guests of all ages and abilities from around the globe!
