I am a proud TiTi to my wonderful, beautiful niece, Teagan. She is my world. <3 It is such a blessing to watch her learn and grow every day. I am also a fitness fanatic who loves to travel, find new adventures, and push myself outside my comfort zone just to see how far I can go. I absolutely LOVE being a fitness coach and have been since the summer of 2013. Helping others achieve their goals & feel better about themselves is my true PASSION in life.

I am so grateful that my job is to help, guide, & transform lives. I have coached HUNDREDS to get to their goal weight or their goal measurements with huge success!! I have always been one to lead an active lifestyle, to stay fit, however, after college I had my own transformation to go through. I had to dig deep, do the hard stuff every day, & I had to learn to trust the process.
