Gayle Silver

I am a seasoned fitness professional with a variety of experiences in various settings. I enjoy teaching and training large groups as well as small groups and individuals. I have worked with all ages and levels of fitness, including the handicapped. My background is in social work making it easy for me to relate to people and understand how to talk to and motivate others. I am a group fitness director at a large club and manage 30 instructors. I love my career choice as it keeps me fit, motivates me to constantly learn, and I love that I make a difference in other peoples lives through wellness.
