Sarah Shore-Beck

 

My name is Sarah Shore-Beck. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Aquatics from Ball State University and a Masters in Fitness Management.  I am certified as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor by the American Council on Exercise and also a Master Instructor through ACE. I have been a personal training and teaching group fitness from 14 years around the country.  

If you find a workout you love, you will never exercise a day of your life.  Exercise should be an enjoyable activity that improves the health of the body and mind. All exercise techniques should have a research basis, but also modified to fit the needs and goals of the participant. Traditional methods can work well, but I am always open to try new techniques. An exercise routine should be conducted on a schedule, yet it should be changed to limit fitness plateau and to avoid participant disinterest.
