I joined GoodLife Fitness as a memeber 4 years ago and became an employee on December 27, 2010. My first discipline was BodyFlow and I began my training in the middle of November 2010. Just over a year later I started training for BodyPump and just over a year after that I began my training in RPM (which I am in the process of working towards my first certification).

Currently I teach 4 BodyFlow/BodyBalance classes and 3 BodyPump classes a week plus subbing as needed and two RPM classes where I am working with a mentor.

My certification for RPM should be completed by Spring/Summer 2013.

When I began taking fitness classes, I realized this is something that I needed to do! I instantly fell in love with something that was so foreign to me. I take my job very seriously with lots of prep time; the music is so listened to that its in my blood so my body knows where it's going and I can focus on my paticipants.

 

Also, I was referred to Fit Bodies Inc. by Brooke Evans.
