I have been a group fitness instructor for 3 years. I started at Texas A&M University my freshman year. I have my AFAA group fitness certification and I am currently seeking certification in water, yoga, and zumba. While teaching at the Rec Center I have taught a wide range of classes, such as kickboxing, step, cardio water, H.I.I.T., zumba, quidance, body blaster(resistance/weight training), and yoga.
