McKell Lasrich

McKell's enthusiastic approach to teaching is magnetic. Her love of the practice is evident and heartfelt.  In McKell's playful and energizing class she guides students to listen to their bodies, notice what comes up in the mind, and pay attention to the spaces in between. She is the owner and director of Bikram Yoga Kapaa at The Yoga House in Kauai, Hawaii. Currently she teaches Bikram yoga, although she has taught many different styles at The Cliff Spa at Snowbird Ski Resort in Utah and also at The St Regis in Deer Valley Utah. McKell thrives in one-on-one sessions and small groups where she can customize the yoga to meet your specific needs and interests but also loves and enjoys the energy and intesity of large class sizes!
