Susie Mermaid

Hello I teach Stott Pilates mat work, group classes and private one to one's.  I teach in a variety of locations for all levels and abilities including prenatal postnatal classes.  I also specialise in holistic massage treatments for face and body, choosing to work with luxury organic products.  I had a background in movement before training in Pilates and had my own treatment suite called the 'Mermaid Suite' a boutique day spa set in a rural farmhouse location.  I enjoy helping people to feel better and improve their overall sense of wellbeing.  My website is www.mobilemermaid.co.uk
