Elizabeth Buss

Liz is a former NCAA Divison I collegiate runner and cyclist.  Upon graduation, she commissioned into the United States Air Force.  While on active duty, she worked with airman to help them get in shape for their annual fitness testing.  She also helped coordinate squadron exercise sessions, putting her coworkers through bootcamps, running clinics, spinning classes and more.  Liz completed her Master of Science degree in Human Movement with an emphasis in Corrective Exercise while in the Air Force.  She holds 3 personal training certifications through the National Academy of Sports medicine.

After serving 7 years in the military, Liz accepted a teaching position at a local college in their Personal Fitness Training Department.  She helped her students become certified personal trainers themselves and prepare for national certifying examinations.

Currently, Liz teaches a variety of group exercise classes at the YMCA (boot camp, toning, kids fitness).  She also coaches/trains clients online who live in other locations.
