I am a very energetic individual. I have always been physically active. In 2009, I tried yoga and never looked back. I am very interested in breathing, meditation, as well as physical postures of yoga. Ultimately, I like the students to walk away feeling accomplished and relaxed after my class.
I am also a Registered Nurse and Clinical Educator. I have advanced knowledge of anatomy and alignment and know good, proper exercise to avoid injury.
