Jim Govoni

I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years. I am a registered yoga teacher who completed training in 2008 (Yoga Alliance 200 hour) and and received a certificate in Yoga Therapy from Sacred Rivers Yoga in Glastonbury (2011). I have taught yoga at Bodyworks (Marlborough), Sacred Rivers Yoga (Glastonbury), The Spa at Great Lake (Lebanon) and I am currently teaching a version of chair yoga (Silver Sneakers) at Healthtrax in Glastonbury. I have also substituted for various yoga teachers in private practice over the years.

In addition, I am a practicing psychotherapist/Licensed Professional Counselor in Marlborough. I have a previous work history as a clinical social worker for the State of CT (retired) and I have been a Manager-Training and Manager= Marketing for Citigroup and The Travelers (retired).
