Additional information

 I am only one of 16 licensed to teach in the UK and it is one of the top 5 workouts in the US. Masala in Hindi meaning spicy and Bhangra is a traditional folk dance from northern Punjab. Masala Bhangra is an exercise dance routine that modernizes the high-energy folk dance of Bhangra and the exhilaration of Bollywood moves. It is unique and mixes cardiovascular with fun and is suitable for all participants of all ages and fitness levels. The Masala Bhangra workout is an ACE and AFAA approvedprogramme.

 

 

 

I have a dance background mainly in ballet and disco and I love to keep fit. I discovered Zumba about 3 years ago, the music, moves and energy I loved it and for me it’s a great way to use my dance and choreography skills whilst keeping fit, teaching and having a great time.

 

I currently teach in the community and do on average about 15 classes a week, I have the capacity during the day to run some classes for your fitness centre and also over weekends, am also able to provide cover to any current Zumba teachers you may have and I would love the opportunity to come and teach my experienced high impact Zumba Class at your Gym.
