Fitness and health is my passion. I have journeyed that hard road of weight loss with now sustaining a loss of 80 pounds. It is my life goal to provide support and encouragement to others.
I had participated in classes for years while working as a Crisis Support Program Director (sexual assualt advocacy, shelter for homeless women/schildren, domestic viloence component). When the opportunity presented itsef, I became a certified indoor cycling instructor. From there, I added certifications in yoga (200hr) Pilates, TRX, group exercise, and stability ball. I am also a certified personal trainer. I presently teach 13 classes a week.
