Brian earned his personal training certification in November of 2010 after a 25+ year career in marketing, advertising and public relations.  After losing more than 70 lbs  and reversing several obesity-related health complications including diabetes, sleep apnea, and high blood pressure, he discovered a passion for helping other adults regain their health through exercise.  His areas of focus are working the the 40+ age group and special populations including cancer, diabetes, osteoperosis, arthritis, and obesity.

After obtaining his personal trainer certification, Brian worked as a personal trainer at LA|Fitness in Westfield, Indiana.  While at LA Fitness, Brian averaged 80+, one-on-one personal training sessions per week for nine months.

He started his business, FitNow Training in May of 2011 and launched FitCamp, his fitness boot camp program, at Cool Creek Park in Westfield.  In August of 2011, he moved FitCamp indoors to a cheer leading facility.  In September of 2012, Brian was able to lease a 2,000 sq. ft. warehouse and convert it into his own fitness facility and expand his class offerings.  He now teaches four boot camps sessions daily and has added other programs including BlastCamp, KBCamp (kettlebell training), and Turbo Kick, a program his daughter Kaitlin teaches.

He says, “Fitness is not something you can plan to do for just a few weeks or months; it takes time to reverse all of the harm we’ve done to our body.  My clients need to know that this is a lifestyle change.  If they want to live a long, healthy life, the need to get rid of the bad habits and eat healthy and exercise every single day.”
