Simply put, it is YOUR JOURNEY and YOUR CHOICE to travel into beauty of POWER, TRUTH, and TRANSFORMATION that is the amazing gift I open each day and choose to share with others: YOGA!

Through the power of yoga and teaching it to others, I am able to challenge others’ physical capabilities and most importantly, mental resistance, thus allowing to live in the NOW and BE PRESENT.  There is nothing more rewarding than to see these barriers knocked down and witness the many who CHOOSE to leap with great faith and say “YES! It’s Possible!
