I think of myself as a Wellness Sherpa. A guide. Someone who has both experienced debilitating issues and have had the opportunity to help hundreds of others overcome theirs.
I feel uniquely qualified to help others address most physical ailments not only because of my varied education and background but mostly from the thousands of clients and students that I have learned from and helped. They have been my greatest teachers. I learn something new every day.
Over the years, I have found that these experiences have allowed me to understand the underlying cause of a person’s issues, quickly. The ability to understand the cause and craft a solution is generally very efficacious. Often, an individual experiences enormous relief during their first session.
Complement the bodies reintegration of good movement with nutrient-dense eating and even I am shocked at some of the positive outcomes. Find out for yourself what your wellness potential can be. If you don’t feel your best, turn your life around. You have a guide, a sherpa, at your fingertips.
