I started teaching group fitness classes in July of 2009 after attending them for 2 years. In 2011 I decided I wanted to become a personal trainer to have the one-on-one aspect of fitness too. I currently Personal Train full time & teach an average of 10 group fitness classes each week. I currently teach the following classes: Bodypump, Bodystep, Freestyle Step, CX Worx, Core Barre, Bootcamps, Hi Lo Aerobics, and Abs/Core.
