I have taught Pilates since 2003. I was trained with the Mind Body Institute with New York. I teach a Classic Pilates training program enlightened by Joseph Pilates. What exactly does Pilates mean and what can it do for you? No matter what your age, it will strengthen all parts of your body, provide more flexibility, balance and you will drop down a dress/pant size in 20 sessions because of its core dynamic exercises.
I have been teaching Pilates for over 10 years. I love teaching the beginner student as much as the intermediate and advanced student. Pilates is for every age, every person, male or female. It can be employed in all sports because it is a core based discipline. I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 12 years. The following accreditations follow me: Yoga Fit certified with Yoga Alliance, Spin with NSPA, Pilates with Mind Body Institute, Les Mills Body Pump for strength training, PSI for skiing certification, Triathlon competitor and coach, TRX accreditation for core stability and strength training, ACE Certified and Personal Trainer specializing in rehab of the knee, shoulder and back. I am CPR and First Aide certified. My special interests are my twin 16 year olds, biking, swimming and kayaking.
