I have a passion for group fitness and the energy and motivation in brings to its participants. I like to have fun and have I great energy, which seems to keep participants coming back to my classes. I love building professional relationships with my class members. I strive to make the hour participants are in my class the best hour of their day. I love teaching classes and share the joy that fitness has brought to my life.
