Vicki’s fitness background includes a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware as well as certifications in personal training, group fitness, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, group cycling, and holistic nutrition. She has recently develop her own method of body training called the V.Method. As an AFAA CEU provider, Vicki is currently training group fitness instructors in her method with her first class, Cardio Vusion.
