I absolutely love fitness. I came from a running and snowboarding / surfing background. I use ballet and Pilates to cross train and rehab my body from all the extreme sports. I currently teach at the most desirable fitness center in scottsdale Az. I love mteaching lots of forms of fitness and have a great wild personality.
