Melissa Lerner

I am a STAR 3 Spinning instructor and I have been teaching indoor group cycling with LA Fitness for the past year. My motto is we work hard until we go home; the studio is our happy hour where we can practice technique and grow as cyclists. I have been a cycling enthusiast for over 10 years and I am thrilled that I took the step to become certified and I can share my love of indoor cycling with all my participants.
