I've worked in group exercise for 10 yrs. I've taught many styles of group exercise-step,body sculpting, yoga, kick boxing, hi-low aerobics, boot camps, and ab labs. I am currently employed by 3 fitness facilities and I am very active daily instructing classes morning and evening. I am motivated and entergetic. I like to challenge clients with new movements but I always keep in mind safety. I structure the classes for everyone to feel successful and comfortable. I select music that is motivating and fun to work out to, so it never feels like exercise!
