As an active group fitness participant for many years, I fulfilled my dream of becoming a group x instructor beginning in 2007, teaching step and strength interval classes. I loved it!!! Love the energy and enthusiasm of class participants, love motivating participants to succeed and love continuing my education in the group fitness industry. I now teach a variety of formats that include strength, cardio kickboxing, step, interval class/boot camps, indoor cycle, yoga, aqua and more.
