Nancy Bigelow-Acker

A Bachelor of Education graduate and register/licensed teacher in the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada I live in a small town of approximately 5900 known as Kentville.  Currently sit as a publically elected board member on a district school board in the Provice of Nova Scotia.  Completed YTT 26 Feb 2013 and am looking forward to sharing my experience on my mat with others.  I enjoy the positive energy that yoga creates in my life and how it makes me feel emotinally, physically and mentally.  Yoga is something that any one of any age can practice.  When one practices yoga it is so much more than just doing stretches on a mat and that is one of the things that tweaks my curiosity to learn so much more as a newly certified yoga teacher.  200 hours has just allowed me to scratch the surface and created a hunger to dig deeper.
