Charlotte Psaila

My name is Charlotte Psaila, I grew up on the island of Kauai in Hawaii. I have been training through CrossFit for over 2 years and have been coaching it for 9 months. I also have been personal training and teaching curcuit training classes at a fitness studio on Kauai for the past 10 months. I have also recently found my passion for teaching children about exercise and health. I have started my own CrossFit Kids classes and Fit Kids class at two seperate studios. And on the side I teach a BootCamp at my home. I love fitness and health and deeply enjoy helping people getting fit and healthy and feeling good about themselves.
