I have been practicing yoga since 2010 and have completed 280 hour Yoga
Teachers Training Certification at The Yoga Sanctuary Toronto, Where I was asked to teach after completing my Certification in Hatha, Vinyasa and
Ashtanga Yoga. I have completed my certification in Kids Yoga Teacher training, as well as Restorative Yoga.
I have practiced and trained with Cynthia Funk, Janine Woo as well as Karen Cove. I teach a Vigorous Vinyasa class as well as an intense Power Yoga / Yoga Fit
class, while still paying attention to proper alignment.
I am currently teaching predominantly Power Yoga classes, as well as classes that
focus on specific parts of the body. Including Power Core Abs Yoga, as well as Yoga
Fit (yoga for athletes ) that focuses on hip, shoulder and back
strengthening techniques.
