Chantal Martin

Intensity, integrity, spirituality and purpose will be found in every class you take with Chantal. Her classes are deeply balanced and versatile. She gives adjustments with full awareness and respect of the students? limitations. 11 years ago Chantal began practicing various styles of yoga such as Bikram, Vinyasa, Moksha, Iyengar and Power yoga. In 2006, she completed her certification with Mark Darby and Hart Lazer at Sattva Yoga Shala. She continues her research and studies on yoga and fitness through different workshops with the like of Ramanand Patel, Dharma Mittra and a Mentorship Program with Hart Lazer. Chantal is also a certified Naturopath (ANPQ) and currently enrolled in the Health Coach Certification program from IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition, N.Y.), which she will graduate from in January 2014.
