I have been involved in group fitness for 20 years, I am AFAA, TRX Suspension Training, CPR and First aid certified. I have been instructing since 2009 and I currently run the group fitness department at a Lfietime Fitness facility in Indianapolis IN. I teach any strength format (chroeographed barbell or free form with dumbells, resistance bands, etc), bootcamp, cycle, kickboxing, aqua aerobics and have had a lot of success with core and glute focused classes
