Deedra Hernandez

I have been a Health & Fitness Professional for the past 20 years. I have had extensive training in the healing arts such as, herbology, massage, nautural medicine, Tai Chi , Aromatherapy just to list a few. I have been teaching Exercise classes for the past 20 years and have taught in Spanish in a hotel in Spain. I have also taught Tap, Jazz and modern dance to children that have down syndrome while I was getting my degree in college. I worked for Royal Cariibena crusie lines from 1992-1996 as Fitness Director and Spa manager. My work in the health field has taken me to the icy glaciers of Norway to the gondolas of Italy and back to the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia. I was the Founder of the Massage program at Prince William Hospital in Manassas Virginia and I have helped renovate one of the Fitness Centers of the Federal Reserve Board in Washington DC. My favorite things to do is with my two precious parts of my family. Zeus & Xena. My Siberian Huskies. They are my pride and Joy. I love to spend time with them. They are truely WOMAN'S Best Friend.
