Laura O'Conner

I have been in the fitness industry since 1991.   I have taught a variety of fitness classes from step aerobics to aquatic fitness.  Currently, I am Les Mills certified in many of their programs while continuing to teach freestyle classes as well.  I currently teach four to five classes a week at a local gym on top of my full time position as Wellness Coordinator at an upscale retirement community.

I am experienced in teaching fitness classes for college students through senior citizens.  By day, some of my classes even include 90 year olds!  My passion is teaching fitness classes to any level of athleticsm.  Whether an individual's goal is to remain independent in their own home or losing weigh for spring break, I can teach the appropriate class for them.  My goal is to create an experience that makes each of my participants feel successful and fill them full of desire to come back for more.
