Tyler Haderer

I recently graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Kinesiology/ Exercise and Fitness Management. I am a certified Health Fitness Specialist. I played 4 years of College Baseball. Fitness has become my life. I did not get into the fitness industry to make a lot of money, I did it to help people take care of the bodies and minds they will have for the rest of their lives. I enjoy traveling extensively. I feel that I am prepared to accomadate any person with special needs on their fitness goals. I enjoy new challenges and will meet them head on. I am a sponge when it comes to learning new training techniques and enjoy every aspect of the fitness industry.
