Kala Gresser

Hello, my name is Kala Gresser. I am a mother of three beautiful souls. My love for life is derived from compassion and gratitude. My first yogic experience happened when i was 'inutero'. You see, my mother is a yoga teacher. My yoga practice is very organic. It comes from deep within. My path and my purpose is to connect. I love to teach. Let me say that again, I LOVE TO TEACH AND SHARE. I am employeed at two of the top-rated spas and yoga centers in the nation. Which is quite and honor. I enjoy being surrounded by like-minded individuals. This past February I attended the Caribbean Yoga Conference in Jamaica, and I FELL IN LOVE!! I fell in love with the island, the people, the air, the ocean, MYSELF. I made a promise to myself, that i will return to Jamaica and share my love for YOGA with the island. ONE LOVE !! peace~kala
