I am a former teacher, and have been in the weight loss and fitness field for 7 years. I hold a current Personal Training certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), am a certified Pilates instructor, and teach a variety of fitness classes and Bootcamps.
I have experience working with all different ages and fitness levels, from those starting a fitness program for the first time, to highly conditioned athletes.
A busy mom of two, I understand the need for an easy to follow nutrition plan, that fits easily into your lifestyle. I believe in setting realistic and attainable fitness goals, and combining very practical, easy to follow nutrition tips with top of the line fitness programs, to reach client’s goals at any level. Seeing someone reach a personal goal, feel healthier, and reclaim energy and vitality is the most satisfying part of working in this field.
