Julia Katsis

Julie was born and raised in a Chicago suburb and received her BA in Math Secondary Education from the University of Iowa. Teaching high school students is stressful but after a good yoga class all stress would disappear and she could get a solid nights rest and be refreshed and ready for the next day.  She knew that yoga was the only thing that could put her mind at rest and work her body in a way that no other activity could.  She enrolled in Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training because she wanted to share with others the peace, energy, and balance that yoga brought to her life. Yoga Sculpt is a fun mix of physical activity and relaxation that focuses on breath, community, and strengthens. Julie hopes all her students will leave every class having had fun and feeling great!
