Rebecca Riley

Rebecca Riley, M.A., is a certified group exercise instructor through American Council of Exercise.  Rebecca currently teaches yoga twice a week at the Tides Inn, where she also gives bike and kayak tours.  Prior to working at the Tides Inn, Rebecca taught middle school English, also coaching volleyball and girls’ soccer. 

 

Fitness and exercise have always been an integral part of Rebecca’s life.  She was a cheerleader and horse-back rider in high school, and developed a fever for running and group exercise in college.  She studied and preformed as a belly dancer in Atlanta.

 

Rebecca engages in many forms of exercise regularly.  In addition to yoga, she specializes in core and strength training, cardio intervals, Zumba, and mind-body awareness programs.

 

Rebecca recently completed Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga training in Key West!
